Although we encourage visits to our show homes by appointment, we are also open for walk ins. With your safety being our priority, we have put extra measures in place to ensure we minimise any risks when you are looking to buy one of our new homes.

Buying an Arkwood Living home?

We continue to work hard to ensure that our construction, sales and conveyancing teams are able to operate effectively and very safely, making sure your move date isn’t affected.

Living in an Arkwood Living home?

When you move into one of our new homes, we have worked hard to ensure that we can continue to safely look after you. If you need any support, then please use our normal methods for getting in touch with us and we will work with you to resolve any issues. Should a visit be required to your home, then you can be assured that your safety is our primary concern.

You must advise us if anyone in your household is currently isolating and/or been designated as clinically extremely vulnerable. In these circumstances, we will discuss the best approach to resolving your issue, however, please be aware that in these circumstances we may not be able to make a physical visit and will endeavour to remotely resolve your issue.
